Amin Hussain & Co. is a young firm with an old heart. After working for a combined 46 years in serving Bangladeshi and international clients in the financial advisory services industry, partners Tofazzul Hussain FCA and Mohammed Al-Amin FCA joined forces to create Amin Hussain & Co. in 2023.

Tofazzul Hussain FCA, CMC has 23 years of experience as a Professional Accountant and Certified Management Consultant with a master’s in Accounting and an MPhil Thesis on “Weak Financial Reporting Regulations and Corporate Crime in Bangladesh” from The University of Dhaka. He was trained at KPMG Bangladesh, followed by a practicing partnership with A. Qasem & Co., a chartered accounting firm affiliated with Price Waterhouse and Cooper (PwC). He has served hundreds of Asian, European, UK, and USA-based companies and has traveled extensively for work and presentations to clients in the UK, Germany, Netherlands, UAE, Qatar, Sri Lanka, Hong Kong, India, Nepal, Malaysia, China, Singapore, and Turkey.

Mohammed Al-Amin, FCA has 21 years of experience as a chartered accountant. Before co-founding Amin Hussain & Co. as an independent auditor, he spent six years as the Group Chief Financial Officer / CFO in the Automotive and FMCG industry of IFAD Group (Progressive manufacturer of commercial vehicles of Ashok Ley Land, distributor of TVS three-wheeler, Apollo tires, ELGI air compressors, Escorts tractors, and FMCG).

He is a highly experienced and skilled Fellow of Chartered Accountant (FCA) with a proven record of success in providing Accounting, Corporate Finance, Income Tax, VAT, Internal Audit, IPO and right share proceeds utilization, Bond issue, fund arrangement, Merger and acquisition, Organization health check-up, company formation, and BIDA and BEZA related work.

Amin has a two-decade long track record of delivering quality services and excellent results for clients in the automobile, IT infrastructure, manufacturing, trading, NGO, university, hospital service, pharmaceuticals, and firms in Bangladesh.
